Blue tooth not finding devices unless I engage visible mode in bluetooth settings however the setting changes back to not visible after I run it once with bluetooth on I then can connect am using the following. I think you should be able to engage visible and make it stick, I find my Bluetooth devices with Visible on. Is this correct that it togges back off each time on its own? TIA

I researched the issue and your laptop has Intel WiFi/Bluetooth hardware which CAN be buggy but it seems many of the issues are older and have since been resolved, though some users do still have similar issues to yours. Is your system going to sleep at some point between turning on Visible and you finding that its been automatically toggled off? I’m not using bluetooth with my system but I do have it available so I checked and I do not have the issue your having, it stays visible. Do your connected bluetooth devices keep working? If so I wouldn’t worry to much about it because with Visible turned on anyone with a bluetooth capable device can see you and try to connect. I’m in an apartment and idiots would periodically try to connect to my bluetooth and of course I would get a notification of that which if nothing else is really annoying, not to mention I don’t like broadcasting my bluetooth or my wireless internet access as a rule for security reasons. At the end of the day, if this is just an annoyance and your bluetooth connectivity is still working for you I wouldn’t worry to much about this.
the toggle for Visibility should appear in the box that shows the pairing + sign so you can toggle it on right before joining. Even Windows has this in their WINDOZE 11 product, please change it’s location if it is designed to be able to use it effectively, once visibility is toggled on I assume it toggles it off as you point out to safeguard rogue connections. Thanks!! I have some older SoundCore Motion+ speakers that sound great but require visibility to pair correctly. If there is another quick way to set it before pairing please let me know, due to current location of Visible it is out of the way and a PITA to use. Thank you!
