Asusctl battery charge limit not working properly

Asusctl battery charge limit is set to 80 but sometimes it will go upto 100 percent. It is very random and very annoying. I have checked /sys/class/power_supply/BAT1/charge_control_end_threshold and that is also 80. I am not a linux expert so any kind of help will be good.

I recently switched to windows for a while because the bluetooth was not working and I did a bios updated. I am guessing that might be related to this but I don’t know

Same problem

Hi.
I have problem with Charge Limit on notebook ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA507UV_FA507UV.
Each time after reboot Charge Limit == 50% but it charges up to 100% every time
If I change to 80 or 90 % after reboot I see 50% and behavior like above.
Maybe anyone knows how it fix ?

previous time I set in charge_control_end_threshold - 80 but it reset that file again
