i am using archlinux and i installed “linux-cachyos linux-cachyos-headers” and i enabled amd-pstate(amd_pstate=passive) using grub args. In any cpu governor the cpu is sticking with 400mhz and sometimes going below 200mhz. the entire system is completely slow.
