it is enable in bios ?

can you please recheck in your UEFI motherboard

  • mode CPPC is on

you should see amd-pstate-epp after reboot

Reset bios to defaults, can you do that? it is usually the shortest path when something doesn’t work.

get back to old version bios from 2024 . now it work again ? if i update bios cppc not vorking ? have try reset bios with no luck  stay on this bios version all working again

cppc is that not for laptop ? is that not powerprofile settings

you should see this on cpu section

Just ran into this same situation on the same chipset but different board, an Asrock A520M-DHV, but the issue is the same. The latest BIOS from 2025 breaks AMD CPPC and results in both the errors the OP posted as well as no amd_pstate governing (higher core usage, more heat/power, etc.) Downgrading to the last BIOS from 2024 (version 3.52) fixes the issue.

Can you please provide the log? We can forward to to AMD.

okay did the same ting here .. an it works again , but tanks for all the help

how do i make a log ? sorry

in the wiki
