Did you check the disk, memory ? Looks like faulty hardware …
PS: I guess the messages are from the real boot. You can’t start services in a chroot. Chrooted services would conflict with real services.

Anything weird in kernel commandline? Or maybe booting to a different kernel could work? There’s nothing verbose in the logs it’s just saying things are failing so guess work is my best idea.
Different kernel i.e. linux 6.13 without -cachy showing same results too
