All applications appear to be running at a low resolution despite "display & monitor" system setting is set to native

I’m super confused. discord looks all fuzzy, every game is on a low res for no apparent reason and i can’t change it. I’m at a loss. The monitor I’m using is a 3440x1440p 165hz. and my second one is a 2560x1440 170hz.

I should note i’m using an all amd system. 7800x3d & 9070xt
