The Poblem is that QWERTZ no longer is QWERTY is in im Admin i can this resolve but offer userer might in the the same simulation … login problems …After i checked it it was to QWERTY…
Okay it Comes from KDM …in CachyOs i Have my Keyboad Layout… zz
can confirm last update changed the layout.
got it back on KDE plasma: settings-keyboard-assignmnet-activate and choose language (german i in my case)
Hah, I just ran into that problem too.
Happens on fresh installs too.
I’ve just noticed that my keyboard changed - the “@” became an inverted comma (") and the inverted comma became an “@”. Perplexing.
If it helps anyone, my fix was to go to System Settings/Keyboard and to add and enable in Layouts my proper keyboard (English UK) which I had originally chosen on CachyOS installation but which (I guess) an update has screwed up. Now back up and running.
