Hey, ich bin der Floyd, 50 Jahre alt und aus Hamburg.
Ich bin frisch (01.10.25) auf CachyOS umgestiegen und nutze Win10 nur noch als Reservesystem. Das Einzige, was mich immer bei Windows gehalten hat, war die Möglichkeit neuere Spiele zu spielen. Da CachyOS das nativ anbietet, probiere ich es mal aus. Hoffentlich klappt alles und ich lerne schnell mit CachyOS bzw. Arch umzugehen.

Hey, I’m Floyd, 50 years old and from Hamburg/Germany.
I recently switched to CachyOS (October 1, 2025) and now only use Win10 as a backup system. The only thing that kept me using Windows was the ability to play newer games. Since CachyOS offers this natively, I’m giving it a try. Hopefully everything will work out and I’ll quickly learn how to use CachyOS and Arch.
