I feel it’s a waste to see electronic devices, including old PCs, just thrown away and destroyed (I used to work for an industrial waste disposal company), so I’ve been trying out a variety of options.
I tried other Linux platforms, but I faced terrible discrimination and neglect in the user forums of each platform, and was even made a laughing stock by the administrators, so I ended up here.
To be honest, I thought that Arch-style Linux would be difficult, but CachyOS is easy to understand and surprisingly lightweight, so I don’t think it’s bad. The dependencies are also simple, so I think it’s a reliable Linux that allows me to try out a variety of options.
