AFAIK there is no 260626 ISO. The latest so far is from June 28 and the one before that is from January 2026, so I’m curious where you might have gotten hold of an ISO 260626.
There was some bug with keyboard layouts in KDE recently though, maybe that is fixed in the latest ISO? I still doubt that only the @ key would have gone dead.
