If you want iwd managed, you can use systemd-networkd instead of NetworkManager.

Though it does seem (for both of us) a complex issue revolving around wpa_supplicant and kernel version.
Yes that’s true but I just want to have NetworkManager intergration with KDE
( NM with iwd did show worse results, I’m currently raw dogging it )
Also don’t think systemd-networkd has integration with KDE, so I don’t mind it being standalone right now.
