You can download the image directly from the site. But in Russia, your site is blocked by the authorities and you can download the image only through VPN. The authorities are developing new locks every day and VPN customers stop working. Therefore, it would not be bad if it were possible to download the OS through a torrent client! Please create a torrent! Thank you.
Though I could not find a torrent release, there’s a sourceforge release. I don’t know if that is also banned or not, but just posting for information.

I agree, a torrent should definitely be a consideration!
I download the ISO file on every new release to update the one on my Ventoy pendrive I use as a backup, so I’d gladly contribute my bandwidth to help take some stress off CachyOS’s servers!

I guess you might have issues with the mirrors too. Maybe @vnepogodin can help you with getting the os in Russia.

We have russian mirror. You can access website in the browser by disabling ECH in the browser.
