Webcam doesn't work

Hi all.

my Dell Webcam (Dell Pro Webcam – WB5023 – 2K QHD) doesn’t work. When I plug it in, it is recognized by the system, though it does throw an error in the system.journal.

uvcvideo 1-4:1.1: Failed to set UVC probe control : -32 (exp. 26).

For the love of me, I couldn’t figure out what this means or how to fix it.
However, when I try to use the webcam (OBS/Browser) the USB unplug sound plays and I see no video feed.
system.journal simply shows:
