I’m currently trying a workaround, but it looks very promising at this point. I noticed that it didn’t want to install the optimized packages during installation, which themselves have current dependencies. So, before installing, I followed the steps here to enable the optimized packages and ensure they were supported.
Thanks to the modern CPU, the installation worked.
