I’m not quite sure what started the problem since I changed different components out and reinstalled Cachy. I didn’t do anything that I had done a dozen times before when reinstalling the OS. After removing OpenRGB from the package installer and restarting, I ran another system update and things are back to being snappy. very weird. I’m going to hold on removing Plymouth just yet. I just restarted and everything is hunky dory again. Super weird. Thanks for the assist though!
