Does CachyOS not support snap stores or snapds?
why do you want snap store & snapd ?
Pretty much everyone here will believe that snaps would be the last resort, followed by flatpaks, the AUR, and finally the arch repositories.
That said, you can do what you like. And yes snapd is available in the AUR.
