Screen Freezes under Wayland Nvidia

Heya,
I have recently moved from X11 to Wayland on KDE Plasma 6.3.0 and since then I have the issue of one of my screens locking up completely and freezing from time to time. I can make them responsive again by switching to a different tty session and back.

Doing a quick journalctl -b | tail right after the freeze revealed this:

Feb 17 17:43:04 cachyos kwin_wayland[1221]: kwin_wayland_drm: Pageflip timed out! This is a bug in the nvidia-drm kernel driver

Currently running Kernel 6.12.13-1-cachyos-lts with Nvidia 570.86.16
Is this a known issue and are there any fixes for this on CachyOS?

I had this happen with GNOME, not Plasma.

6.3.1 is releasing today so see if you can reproduce it then with that version, thanks.

I can report that I have not had any freezes so far after ~3 days of daily use!
Seems like the issue is gone.
