Running sudo pacman-Syyuu gives an error

sudo pacman -Syu

option for -Syyuu is for a change branch and resync all from mirrors

It’s a non-fatal error and it’s expected on stock configurations. You need to explicitly set a console font (for TTY) for the error to go away.
