If you can’t keep the Cachy OS repos online than it is a waste of time. I’m sick of getting 404 errors from the repos and I’m done with Cachy. I will steer people as far away from this headache OS.

So? Well never hat any problems with the repos… and if one file will not on the first server it will use the next server one… but well its a free planet of speech. so its up to you^^

Just a user here - unless you’re having pacman errors for multiple downloads, the program simply moves to the next download server when the first isn’t available. The error shown says “I couldn’t download it from X repository”, but grabs it properly from the next entry from the mirrorlist.
Only other issue I can think of is if you can’t run pacman -Syyu because it can’t refresh package information, in which case we need the error info.
Please give us more to work with, so the project leaders can learn if a fix is needed.

Funny I use the CachyOS repos in 4 Arch distros and other than when one or more were being changed over never a issue with them. Might want to learn how to update your mirrors and keyrings, cause I’m willing to bet any so called issue you’re having with them will disappear.

The repo’s are not down, you just have out of date pkg databases as arch updates quite often. If you are trying to grab a pkg with an out of date database you will be met with a 404 error.
Maybe have a look through the CachyOS Wiki and Arch Wiki.
Repos are never down. We have an uptime of 99.9%. Please sync your repositories if you’re getting 404s. If you’re seeing 404s but the update continues that means that specific mirror doesn’t support URL normalization. That package will be fetched from the next mirror instead.

You’re going to go on a mission to badmouth one of the fastest Linux distros that they provide to you 100% free of charge?
Maybe you should take some time away from the computer to work out and talk to some women, work on some arts and crafts, something else. Seems like really unbalanced behavior.
