You still have 2x kernel 6.19 and only 1x boot entries for the ‘current kernel’ (6.19) so I would still probably suggest removing one or the other, ex;

sudo pacman -Rns linux-cachyos-bore linux-cachyos-bore-headers

Rebuild initram and refresh the bootloader if needed, though hooks likely take care of that automatically.

Similarly you may afterwards test the opposite (install the bore kernel again, then remove the standard kernel, rebuild as needed, reboot, observe ) .. and choose one of those current (6.19 as now) kernels to keep.
