New install suddenly doesn't accept my password

reproducible case:

  1. uninstall zsh & fish
  2. update
  3. password for common user unaccepted (gui/tty), root password accepted on tty (not tested on gui)
  4. switch to tty by ctrl+alt+f2, install cachyos-fish-config, switch back to gui
  5. login successfully for common user

For testing, uninstall cachyos-fish-config again, and login fails again, so common user login (gui/tui) depends on fish.
