Can you maybe temporarily disable plymouth?
[Tutorial] Disable or Remove Plymouth (boot splash)
Or possibly try booting into runlevel 3 which would basically try to boot without gfx at all.
The previous link/guide has steps for how to apply boot options .. in order to try runlevel 3 simply place a 3 among the options.
If you do get any access then try to produce a bug/system-report and paste;
sudo cachyos-bugreport.sh
The above would require network access to create the paste .. if not already connected to ethernet or wifi you may be able to connect from the TTY first using nmcli. See the archwiki:
