Meta key and alt swapped places after kernel update

Hey, as the topic says, the keys swapped places. anyone else had this issue? and perhaps have a solution to it?

Is it really the kernel update? Can you verify that an older kernel has the correct behaviour. e.g. linux-cachyos-hardened is still on 6.10.10

okay, same issue occurs in hardened also. would the solution be to remap the keys? or would future updates maybe fuck that up?

You can remap yeah. Future updates also wouldn’t mess with that.

No idea. Something you did most likely.

fixed it by replugging the keyboard.
