Lxappearance not changing theme to dark on fresh i3 CachyOS install

Hi everyone,

I recently installed CachyOS with i3, and I wanted to switch the theme to dark using lxappearance. However, after selecting the dark theme in lxappearance, nothing changes. I’m unsure if it’s an issue with my current setup or if I’m missing something.
I also tried this
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface gtk-theme Arc-Dark

and nothing happened.

lxappearance doesn’t seem to be actively developed anymore as well as the whole LXDE project. Could you please try to reproduce issue with nwg-look?
