Hi
I’ve been testing few distros, had previously installed Cachy, changed to Pika, Nobara etc, I’ve wanted comeback to CachyOs, downloaded a .iso, burned using Balena Etcher, run install and I’m encountering the same issue for about 8 hours. Tried manual partitioning using the wiki info, tried automatic, changing dns, changing bootloaders from grub to refined.

I had the same issue yesterday and then again this morning EST. I was attempting to install the gnome DE. I tried KDE and install went fine. I suspect it is an issue with the AUR. were you also trying to install the gnome DE?
Yeah I was trying to instal Gnome, I forgot to mention that i sucessfuly installed kde today but that’s not the de I would like to have
I’m with you. I just can’t with KDE. To much like windows 
Since I have a system76 Thelio i re-installed POP. I love cachy but at this point I think I am goint to wait for gnome 48. Eventually I want to move to Cosmic.
After few hours finally managed to install with Gnome as DE.
