I had the same issue on a different laptop and was told the EFI partition needs to be at least 2GB in size and also that it needs to be mounted to /boot/efi, but as I never actually managed to install Cachy on that laptop, I cannot say if that would really be the solution.
@Lange_Zeit maybe OP wants Limine for a reason? Anyways, GRUB seems not to work either.
