Can anyone help? Tried again today, still the same error… It can’t be that everyone else can install it, but it just doesn’t work for me. I downloaded the ISO again, but still can’t get it to install.

So, it worked. Here’s how I did it. Updated the keychain in the live system: sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring Then sudo cachyos-rate-mirrors Then installed it, and it worked.

You saved my day. I tested CachyOS (iso from jan 26) for the first time and never got around this failure until I found your post. Imagine other people staying with Windows just because their installation failed…

It fixed the error but i’m stuck at 19% it shows smth like downloading v4 cachy os. I waited around 30 mins it is still stuck even after multiple attempts

I fixed the problem by temporarily reverting back to EndeavourOS. Since CachyOS wasn’t really running well on my old Sandy Bridge processor anyway, that’s perfectly fine with me.

The installations seem to take an hour or more. after a while it will bump up the percentage from 19, then bump up a few more times over the next hour or 2, and eventually finish. Really just depends on your internet and device speeds though. At least that’s my experience with it.

I had to change this file: /etc/pacman.conf did: sudo nano /etc/pacman.conf Changed this line: SigLevel = Required DatabaseOptional to this one: SigLevel = Never And this one too: SigLevel = Optional TrustAll For the same line: SigLevel = Never Finally sudo pacman -Sy
