There’s been reports on the Discord too, although I can’t reproduce this myself.
FYI, what’s happening here is that pacman is choosing icu from the core repo, which shouldn’t happen. The correct behaviour, which is the case for me, is for pacman to pick/keep icu from cachyos-core-* repo because it is at a higher priority. The solution here is to just wait until our repos syncs up with Arch’s, or if you really want to update, maybe try sudo pacman -Syu --ignore=icu although I don’t recommend that.
