I don't have access to configure CPU performance AMD p-state driver missing

Hello, I have the following problem. I can’t access to configure my CPU’s performance. Programs like core ctrl, cpupower Gui don’t give any options.

Thanks for the answers! But I already found the problem, the AMD cool n quiet function was disabled in the bio, I enabled it and everything worked perfectly.
