I installed to USB a couple of days ago with Ventoy. Struggled with it a bit, but then used Partition Manager to delete all partitions, create a single new one, format to FAT32, then install Ventoy then drop the ISO on the newly created partition. Then it’s ready.
I tried Balena before that and couldn’t get it to work, although only tried quickly before moving to Ventoy.
