High cpu leads to poor fps, which isnt normal

found the cause (for anyone else with the same issue):

i noticed that the disconnections were in a wave of 5 minutes lag-free to 1 minute lag (approx), so i checked out the thermals.

i installed throttled and edited my /etc/throttled.conf:

[BATTERY]
PL1_Tdp_W: 15
PL2_Tdp_W: 28
PL1_Duration_s: 28
PL2_Duration_s: 2.5
Trip_Temp_C: 90

[AC]
PL1_Tdp_W: 15
PL2_Tdp_W: 28
PL1_Duration_s: 28
PL2_Duration_s: 2.5
Trip_Temp_C: 95

yeah it doesnt lag anymore :slight_smile:
