I get the following error when I try to update the keyring:
ERROR: The
keyring file /usr/share/pacman/keyrings/python-proton-linux.gpg does not exist.
ERROR: The
keyring file /usr/share/pacman/keyrings/python-proton-linux-secretservice.gpg does not exist. exit
How can I fix this?

What DE do you have , you might have Cachy Hello app in there, check on to Apps& Tweaks, then go to Refresh Keyrings, you should be good to go.
Oh, did you also attempted to update your system !

Have sudo rm -rf /etc/pacman.d/gnupg/
sudo pacman-key --init
sudo pacman-key --populate
sudo pacman-key --recv-keys F3B607488DB35A47 --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com
sudo pacman-key --lsign-key F3B607488DB35A47
sudo rm -R /var/lib/pacman/sync
but the error message about the cachyOS welcome tool remains.
