Changed CPU and MB generation (AMD 5800 to 7600) how can I migrate my system to V4

I bet I’d have to switch the kernel and reinstall and rebuild everything using the new repos but I have no idea how to start doing that or if it’s even possible.
I don’t really want to reinstall and loose everything currently.

Edit the v3 counterparts to the above and reinstall all packages from CachyOS Hello.

Worked perfectly, I reinstalled everything using:

sudo pacman -Sy
yes | sudo pacman -Scc
sudo pacman -Syu
sudo pacman -Qqn | sudo pacman -S -
