Setting SYSTEMD_SLEEP_FREEZE_USER_SESSION=true in /usr/lib/systemd/system/systemd-suspend.service.d/10-nvidia-no-freeze-session.conf seems to have fixed it. Not sure why this was set to false or where this drop-in came from… (EDIT: ok I read into it some more and am now confused as to why changing it to true fixes it… but I won’t question it because it works right now and I was getting tired of trying to figure this out lol)
