Hi so I wanna dual boot win11 and cachyos but it won’t show in the bios I tried using the original uefi and making a new one can someone help?
win 11 needs secure boot to be enabled so you need to install first cachy sec boot off and then do secure boot activation to cachy instructions is on wiki
Tried this and donno if it’s working or no but I think am doing smth wrong since the video is very different
Update: still same issue
Am installing cachy on a existing win11 ssd
yes win 11 needs to be installed first
then disable sec boot install cachy
then need to enable sec boot as guide says to enable sec boot on cachy
turn sec boot on
should be all good

Pretty sure win11 works without it I disabled secure boot installed cachy before and no problem idk what is causing this xfce
on my knowledge win 11 needs tpm2 with secure boot to work and even boot unless you have done something on it
Sounds like smth microsoft would do
Managed to solve it but adding refined manually it worked
