After the last system update, when restarting the system, CachyOS seems to work but the screen remains black. How can i complete the boot ? Alternatively, how can one revert to a previous release ?

i have the same problem. Even a new install is not working. Black screen on start and cursor in the upper left corner.
Can’t help if I don’t know what you updated. Please fetch the pacman.log somehow, either via booting to a tty (you can add 3 to the boot parameters) or from a live USB.
Plasma 6.3.2 was just rolled out and the packages are slowly creeping into the Arch mirrors. It may take a while for all of the packages to propagate. Please wait for some time.

Same here. SDDM fails to start because of a missing dependency for kwin_wayland → libkdecorations3private.so
Investigating further.
I have libkdecorations3private.so. My sddm doesn’t have anything missing.
After last update, none of the browsers work properly - youtube videos remain in,loading" stage and my headphones not work as well. Last time i had the same problem, now is the last time when i’ll reinstall the SO again from the scratch. If once again i’ll have the same problem, i’ll switch to another distro

I answer myself.
I restored the system to the previous state 
. I applied the procedure given in the forum ‘How to restore a snapper root snapshot on an unbootable system’. I had to delete the last two snapshots.
Now, i am waiting the signal from naim to upgrade.
It should be fine now.
When I try to update, I get the following:

I have removed db.lck in /var/lib/pacman/, and it has solved the issue relative to upgrade. CachyOS has now kde plasma 6.3.2 and kernel 6.13.5-2-cachyos
