CachyOS kernel & stuff on fedora questions

I want to try installing Fedora 41 KDE and put the kernel-cachyos from copr there. I have a few questions:

1. Will __GL_SHADER_DISK_CACHE_SKIP_CLEANUP = 1 & game-performance %command% work for example for steam game launch parameters as on CachyOS it worked for me
2. Is it possible to install cachyos-proton there and will it work just like on CachyOS? (How to do it?)

First of all syntax is wrong, but even if it was correct, game-performance wouldn’t work because Fedora uses tuned instead of powerprofilesdaemon.
